DR Congo: Cholera epidemic now reaches thousands – Equal Money System Solution

‘The cholera epidemic in the Democratic Republic of the Congo is spreading and has reached thousands of people, according to the UNO’s World Health Organization. So far two hundred and sixty-five people have died – the UN calls it an epidemic – and it is spreading across the frontiers. As if this was not enough, DRC confronts measles and polio epidemics as well.

With the NATO countries busy spending money on weapons to bomb hospitals and to support terrorist attacks in Libya, this is a story which will only with tremendous difficulty reach the pages of the corporate press which is intent on whitewashing NATO war crimes and lying about the Libyan terrorists being unarmed civilians.’ (pravada.ru: full story here)

This is the consequence of each of us accepting and allowing a system that has inequality inherently built into its structure, wherein simply points such as clean drinking water and proper sanitation are disregarded for some (most), while others can sip down the most ‘pristine’ water from Fiji while having discussions in squishy swiveling leather chairs about where to drop the next bomb in what they believe to be a crusade against ‘terrorism.’

The question that begs to be asked here is: who are the ACTUAL terrorists?

Those that deny basic necessities to some of the world’s most vulnerable people? Those who drop bombs and celebrate the death of innocent civilians, as if this is ‘the way to go’ in ending the ‘terror’ in this world? Those that fail to report such atrocity, but instead deem the latest scandal from Hollywood to be worthy of front-page news?

Who ARE these people?

They are YOU and ME.

We are each responsible for ALL that is here – all the terror, the atrocity, the abuse, the suffering, the disregard of Life – it is here, because we have each decided, whether tacitly or outright, to accept and allow this abomination to continue. Each day we participate in and perpetuate a system of such terror that “1,145 children in DRC have died in a measles epidemic this year. 115,600 children have been infected. As if this was not enough, there is a third epidemic, of poliomyelitis” all due to improper hygiene conditions, which is clearly money-related.

We are not separate from this. We ARE this. This is who we have allowed ourselves to be as humanity. We have allowed ourselves to turn a blind eye to what is happening on this very Earth, which is here in unconditional support, yet we believe we are ‘owed’ something for being here, and through this we take actual life, we take the actual breath of life from others in order to preserve ourselves, believing it is our right to walk this Earth and not care who has to suffer as long as we are ‘safe’ = the ultimate terrorist.

It takes actual Self-Movement to be a being that cares. It takes actual Self-Care to see that we are all here Equally, as Life. It takes actual Courage to give to another as you would like to receive. It takes actual Self-Dedication to, in each and every moment of breath, make decisions that are within the principle of what is Best for ALL.

We believe it is so much easier to be apathetic and complacent, yet that is merely short-sited programming that inhibits one from seeing that it is absolutely and totally exhausting to keep up this entire charade, as we have to continuously find ways to feed ourselves energy and to remain distracted so as to not have to take a Self-Honest look at what we are creating here in this One Life we each have.

What is happening in the Congo, which can be seen in places all around the world, is a direct outflow of a money-system which is based on profit, greed, and obvious inequality – not Life – no, not Life, at all.

Support an Equal Money System, where money is given the value of Life; where no child is left to die from easily preventable diseases that can be taken care of simply by us working with each other, not against each other, to demand proper conditions that ensure a dignified Life for All.

To stop the terror in this world, we must stop the terror in ourselves; we must stop fearing survival to such a degree that we are willing to let others die from the dis-ease we have created in ourselves. We are so afraid of having what is happening in DRC happen to us, that instead of placing ourselves in their shoes, we turn our backs. Who would you be if your water no longer ‘magically’ came out of your faucet at your command?

This is unacceptable.

This reality we share at the moment isn’t actual Living, not even close. An Equal Money System will create the conditions for Life to be born Here. Life will rein in an Equal Money System, not terror.

We must learn to Forgive ourselves, and from this Equal Money is the ultimate act of Forgiveness, as an expression of who we are when we no longer spite Life.

Has hacking affected the media’s credibility worldwide?

The above video is in response to the phone-hacking ‘scandal’ that recently took place in Britain involving several workers for the News of the World tabloid who used phone-hacking to procure ‘the scoop’ on the rich and famous – or – the juiciest gossip they could get their dastardly paws on.

This blog isn’t about the phone-hacking scandal though, directly anyway, it’s about another scandal – the scandalous acts humanity has committed in spite of Life due to apathy and severe lack of Self-Responsibility.

In this video the BBC interviews various people in Russia, Pakistan, and Columbia to get ‘the scoop’ on whether or not they have experienced themselves as affected by the phone-hacking scandal in Britain, and within this whether their perceptions of the media have been influenced because of it.

Here’s a statement from a woman who was interviewed in Moscow, Russia, which I would like to specifically take a look at (20 seconds into video):

‘I don’t find it normal, but I do accept that such as the job of specific people. I think that if I choose to be a teacher, I have to act as one; or if I choose to be a saleswoman, then I should never scream at my clients.

The same with journalists – they have to do what they have to do. If they receive the task, they have to fulfill it – this is money, this is life. Therefore, I think that everyone has to do his job at any cost.

If I was a journalist, I would probably do the same.’

So, what is revealed here in this woman’s words is what most people on this planet accept and allow as well, wherein she states that although she sees the deception – ‘I don’t find it normal‘ – she still accepts it as just the way it is, because one must ‘do what they have to do‘ to survive in this system and make money ‘at any cost.’ She has accepted that one must submit to the system/their job no matter what; that one must be ‘a good little slave’ even if it means disregarding Life, disregarding one’s accountability, disregarding the consequences of one’s actions and who/what may be affected by them – all within the belief that ‘this is money, this is life.’

To be clear – this is NOT Life!

What she is describing here as ‘the way the world works’ – is NOT Life – it is enslavement. It is compromise. It is limitation. It is complacency. It is accepted and allowed victimization and perceived dependency upon a system WE have all participated in creating, but have ‘given up’ being accountable for due to self-inflicted amnesia/self-denial accumulated over ages of abdicating self’s Responsibility for all that is Here, as oneself.

Meaning, for example, this entire phone-hacking scandal is merely a representation of the gossip/scandalousness each one of us has allowed within ourselves – within our mind as thoughts to entertain ourselves so as to not have to face the reality of what is actually going on in ourselves/this world, because simplistically – it wouldn’t be in this world, it wouldn’t have manifested in this world – if it didn’t first have its inception within each one of us.

Now, this type of commentary by an ‘everyday citizen’ is precisely why/how we have landed ourselves in the state of absolute atrocity manifesting here on Earth. The question isn’t ‘has hacking affected the media’s credibility worldwide?’ – but: has turning a blind eye and suppressing that we ALL are responsible for what is Here in this world affecting HUMANITY’S credibility worldwide?

We ARE the media. The MEdia is a direct reflection of us – you and ME, duh.

We are diminishing ourselves extensively by not seeing HOW we have created a world wherein it is acceptable that rape, murder, war, torture, child abuse, starvation, poverty, greed, gossip, scandal, exploitation, manipulation, brainwashing, slavery have been allowed ‘a place’ here to flourish and grow as an infectious dis-ease that we all are sick with.

The cure to this sickness of self is Self-Responsibility, Self-Accountability, Self-Honesty, Self-Forgiveness and actual Self-Correction that stands eternal – no relapse.

To ensure this highly contagious dis-ease no longer infects future generations, support an Equal Money System, and stand up for/as Life. Time to stop accepting this system of abuse as ‘just the way it is.’ We have the ability to change. We have the ability to stop being slaves. We have the ability to forgive ourselves and start anew. Not only do we have the ability, but we have the response-ability – to Life – to the children not yet born.

Texas dad dumps 4-year-old boy on highway, or…why God is an Asshole

SWEETWATER, Texas (AP) — A father abandoned his 4-year-old son along a West Texas highway, and the injured boy spent several hours alone in the dark before a passing motorist picked him up, police said. (full article here)

At 3am Rico (father) stopped his vehicle on the side of the highway, and threw his son Angel into a patch of cacti. There the boy remained abandoned for over three hours, with several hundred cactus needles stuck into his body.

Rico told Saginaw investigators that God told him to choke the boy and expel him from the car, Kelley said. There was bruising on Angel’s throat, he said.

Now, this is quite a stark example of what happens when we abdicate our Self-Responsibility to a belief in ‘God’ – where we allow such a point of accumulated possession to compound within us due to feeding this belief, that we will listen to voices in our head telling us what to do – not taking a moment to investigate what we are participating in and the subsequent outflows of such participation, because…we can just blame it on ‘God’s divine plan.’

I mean, the symbolism of his son’s name alone reveals some pretty fucked up shit in relation to ‘fallen angels’ being cast from heaven. Looking at the point at a physical level, Angel was definitely placed in a position of being banished, being ‘cast aside’ and left for dead – however, Angel wasn’t the ‘sinner’ here; Angel wasn’t the ‘demon’ – his father was indeed responsible for being demon-possessed within his own thoughts, and instead of seeing this, he allowed a child, a child he himself created – the innocence of Life – to ‘take the fall’ for him. What an asshole fucker of a ‘God’ to tell someone to do such a thing, and what an asshole fucker of a human to obey such a command. Time to stop believing that our thoughts are gospel – if it’s in this world, if it’s in Rico, it’s here because each and every one of us has accepted and allowed it – thus, we must stop all thoughts within ourselves, we must forgive ourselves for turning a blind eye to the consequences of our thoughts, to ensure this type of shit ENDS – forevermore. And if you reacted by thinking : ‘I am not responsible for what this fucker did to his child’ then you just proved the entire point of this blog – thanks.

Instead of Rico standing up within himself and facing himself within/as Self-Honesty, instead of Forgiving himself for accepting and allowing himself to abdicate himself to his possessed thoughts to such a degree that he was willing to harm innocent life, instead of Rico investigating what exactly he was creating, as the God of himself, manifesting his god-awful world through participation in thoughts with no SELF-Direction, he deliberately decides to create an entity within himself in which to project all the points he is too afraid to face – leading to such spiteful separation that he allows his thoughts to direct him physically, as manifest consequence, to abuse, choke, and abandon his son in order to not have to face his own creation. This, is what we call cowardice, beyond measure.

This point of ‘hearing the voice of God’ is promoted extensively, specifically in Christianity, where followers belief that they have a ‘unique and special’ connection to God through their ‘relationship’ with Jesus Christ, and through this their able to ‘talk’ to God. What about that whole thing Jesus stated about loving thy neighbor as thyself? Yeah…exactly – doesn’t quite fit here, as people would rather follow voices in their head than actually live the words of Jesus, in fact, because that would actually mean seeing others as ourselves, which would mean caring for others, and giving to others what we ourselves would like to receive, and letting go of our perceived ‘relationship’ to nothing other than our mind, which creates absolute atrocity in this physical reality – just take look around, and you will see for yourself what happens when we follow our thoughts – one huge mess. I’m quite sure Rico would not like to ‘receive’, what he ‘gave’ to Angel.

Point blank – this is unacceptable, and not only that, but it was barely covered in the news.

In an Equal Money System we stand to create Heaven on Earth, where ALL are cared for in a proper manner that will allow each one to Live a dignified Life. No one will be cast aside, no one will be banished, as there will be no God to listen to when we’re all here together in this physical reality, as physical Gods, ensuring the best possible Life for all, as one with and equal to ourselves – instead of existing up in our mind, totally separate from reality, believing ‘God-thoughts’ are giving us some important message to act on.

Hitler’s First Anti-Semitic Letter has Been Unveiled – What Does This Mean?

The word is out. A few days ago “Hitler’s first Anti-Semitic letter” from 1919 was “unveiled” to the public (full article here). It was bought by the Wiesenthal Center for $150,000..yes $150,000. The Wiesenthal Center is:

“a global Jewish human rights organization that confronts anti-Semitism, hate and terrorism, promotes human rights and dignity, stands with Israel, defends the safety of Jews worldwide, and teaches the lessons of the Holocaust for future generations.” (link to their website)

Whew, that’s a mouthful of a sentence! Packed with seemingly benevolent words such as  “human rights” and “dignity” – however, this organization is obviously limited in their ability to make a stance for actual HUMAN RIGHTS, which would obviously entail rights for ALL humans. Here they make it clear where they stand, which is “rights” for some, that being Jew-humans, and they stand – not with ALL humans – but with Israel, and defend the safety of Jews worldwide – hey, what about the safety of ALL LIFE?

Now, some may still believe the Wiesenthal Center to be a “worthy cause,” a “worthy” cause that sees the “worth” of a letter written by Hitler almost 100 years ago to be $150,000, and as Rabbi Marvin Hier, the founder and dean of the Simon Wiesenthal Center says in regards to why the high price:

“We do not want to make a market for memorabilia, but this document does not belong in private hands. It has too much to say to history. It belongs in public hands, and it has found its home at the Museum of Tolerance.”

The underlining of the Museum of Tolerance was done by me. It was done by me in order to highlight the absolute irony as fuckedness that we have allowed in this world – all of which I will no longer tolerate.

This entire spectacular is what really “has too much to say to history.” A history we are still allowing right NOW, in this very breath we are currently breathing. A history that is still being played out by EVERYONE’S HANDS – doesn’t matter if one deems them to be private or public – we all have a hand in the extermination of Life as it is unfolding at this moment.

This is a sign of the constant play-out – the broken record of humanity’s history – playing the same ol’ hollow tune decade after century after time immemorial, really…the holocaust, or shall I say HOLLOW:COST is STILL HERE, and the “hollow-cost” has been incalculable.

Take a self-honest look in a newspaper and you are sure to find stark evidence of the abomination of man. Take a look at some current statistics to see the absolute disregard of millions and BILLIONS of people who are silently starving IN THIS VERY MOMENT – exterminated by a system that has NO regard for Life of any kind whatsoever.

So, while people gaze at this letter supposedly typed by the hands of Hitler many moons ago, cursing him for the atrocities he so heartlessly committed, 3.6 people are dieing of starvation every passing second (reference).

What really “belongs in public hands” Marvin Hier, is food, water, shelter, health care, proper education – ANY and ALL basic needs that would ensure a dignified life HERE, NOW for ALL! All of which would be provided for without question in an Equal Money System. No – a letter which is “believed” to be written by Hitler almost 100 years ago has no practical purpose for being in the public hands. Can someone eat the letter? No. Will this letter provide nourishment for the MILLIONS and BILLIONS who are starving in this very instant? No.

It is precisely our beliefs in such nonsense that has inhibited us from seeing clearly that the Holocaust has NEVER left us – it has BECOME us – and until we stand up and take Self-Responsibility for this Hollow-Cost which is murdering priceless Lives, we will indeed exterminate ourselves off the face of this planet.

We are NO BETTER than Hitler. In fact, we are one and equal to him, and this is precisely why so many hold this dead man named Adolf Hitler is such vile regard. We do this as a defense mechanism in order to not have to face ourselves for the absolute horror and evilness we each allow on a daily basis while we hide in the chamber of our mind, seeking to create any sort of way to cope with the despicable truth of ourselves as humanity.

An Equal Money System is the ultimate act of forgiveness, as Equal Money is the absolute expression of “Human Rights.” Equal Money is human rights that goes beyond human rights. Those who stand in support of an Equal Money System, stand in support of Life Rights…for ALL (period)

So, let’s stop allowing this Hollow-Cost to continue.

Let’s stop putting a price tag on memories as “memorabilia” – and LET IT GO once and for ALL so we can move on and work with what is here in this physical reality – that which requires immediate sorting out, if you didn’t know.

Let’s stop being completely blinded to the genocidal terror that is still here 100 years after Hitler wrote a letter.

Let’s stop letting “cost” come before real Life.

Why Do Atheists Seldom Become World Leaders?

They don’t really care about the abuse that is happening in this world, or have any practical solution as to how to implement lasting, tangible change. They would rather postulate, mental masturbate, debate, and hate than stand as leaders to set this world straight.

Why do I write this? Well, let me offer an example:

In an article from today’s BBC (May 21, 2011) entitled, ‘Rapture’ apocalypse prediction sparks atheist reaction:

US atheists are holding parties in response to an evangelical broadcaster’s prediction that Saturday will be “judgement day”.

So, atheists are having ‘rapture after parties’ across the country, celebrating the stupidity of religious fanatics who believed the apocalypse would arrive today beginning with a ‘giant earthquake’ – while thousands, millions, billions quake (definition: to shake or tremble, as from instability or shock) daily as they experience the REALITY of hunger, poverty, war, famine, drought, and complete disregard by a system that couldn’t give a shit who lives, who dies, who starves, or who gets raptured to heaven. Postulate that.

How far removed have we become from actual reality? Where we impulsively allow ourselves to believe that God will literally come down from the sky to swoop us up into heaven because we are one of the ‘true believers,’ one of the ‘chosen ones’ – or that we allow ourselves to create even more beliefs in NOT believing in God that we fester in spite, which moves us to spend money throwing a 2-day party simply to ‘bask in our own rapturous glory’ that we aren’t ‘that stupid’; separating ourselves within the belief that because we ‘don’t believe’ we are special, one of the ‘chosen ones’. What a conundrum!

Atheists keep this system function ‘as is’ through fueling it with energy as reaction – believing themselves to be ‘right’ and through this are simply blinded, not by the light of heaven, but the light of their own EGO – rendering themselves useless to become effective leaders in this world.

“Though the absurdity of this claim is obvious to the majority of the world, it’s a great opportunity to highlight some of the most bizarre beliefs often put forth by religious fundamentalists and raise awareness of the need for reason,” said a posting about the party on the group’s website.

Yes – the claim is absurd. However, these events being put on by atheists do nothing but highlight the separation of humanity, where we allow ourselves to take advantage of those who have ‘fallen pray’ to ‘Rapture Day’:

An atheist and entrepreneur from New Hampshire, Bart Centre, is enjoying a boost in business for Eternal Earth-bound Pets, which he set up to look after the pets of those who believe they will be raptured.

He has more than 250 clients who are paying up to $135 (£83) to have their pets picked up and cared for after the rapture.

They would be disappointed twice, he told the Wall Street Journal. “Once because they weren’t raptured and again because I don’t do refunds.”

What spite! A prime example of why atheist have not yet become world leaders, as we see here a shining example of the ‘light of the ego’ which is simply out to ‘make a fortune’ from others ‘mis-FORTUNE’.

LOL – it’s no wonder that the word HEIST is in atHEIST. Heisting people’s money – what poor examples – for real.

Not to worry atheists, you can learn the tool of Self-Forgiveness, which will enable you to realize that you are one and equal to all that is here – including religious fundamentalists. Through the application of Self-Forgiveness you will be able to stop heisting life and realize that atheism wouldn’t exist if it weren’t for religious fundamentalism, so you guys actually fuel each others belief-systems. What a conundrum!

Time to STOP all this hullabaloo and stand for real change; change with actual substance – if you DARE to CARE!

If you can muster up the courage to give to another as you wish to receive, no matter who it is (like Jesus the true atheist did) – then stand with us and support an Equal Money System, where we realize that knowledge without practical application is not only limited, but useless.

A Sinking Ship without a Lifeboat: The Greece Bailout

Simply looking at this whole notion of ‘bailout’ as it stands – what it symbolizes – or what ‘bailout’ impulses into the current world system, especially in regards to the Greece bailout:

We can explore it from the perspective of a sinking ship, which is a rather popular way of viewing it.

However, using the symbol of a sinking ship that must be bailed out to illustrate a country’s economic situation rarely, if ever, takes into consideration that we are ALL in this boat together, thus we all sink together – no matter what country you reside in, or who you are – this system has no mercy, even for those that wear the latest designer-fashion, have wads of money, and have the most upgraded technology in existence (I know, I know – what a bummer – your ipad can do everything but transform itself into a raft). No one will escape this sinking ship, especially since in this current system-ship there aren’t any Lifeboats – at all – as Life was obviously disregarded in the entire construction of it. Yup, totally and completely overlooked as, just like the classic titanic, it is seen as an unsinkable ship which, in this case, can stay afloat simply by ‘adding more money,’ which is really another way of saying ‘adding more debt,’ or another way of saying ‘adding more water,’ which is another way of saying, ‘mayday, mayday’ (but again, no Lifeboats will be coming to save this capitalistic system – not even if Jesus is the captain).

Back to Greece. The Acropolis is up for consideration as collateral to pay off Greece’s massive (unpaybackable) debt. So it’s either to sell the Acropolis altogether, or to put the money that tourists pay to visit the Acropolis towards debt-payments.

Now, this indeed has an interesting irony to it: tourists traveling and paying all sorts of money to view the ruins of a fallen ancient civilization, while simultaneously walking amidst the real-time fall of ‘modern civilization’ – all of which tourists ‘buy into’ through spending money which will go to ‘bailout’ a system that has already sunk, really. This point many are too short-sited to grasp. Why? Because we are blinded by stories, entertainment, sensationalism, ideas of grandeur; thus we cope by clinging to the past – whether it be our personal history, or the history of the world – not taking a moment to slow down and consider what we are participating in.

As many walk through the Acropolis and listen to stories of it being plundered by the Persians or the long bloody battles the Greeks fought against Ottoman rule, this entire world is being plundered in the name of greed and power, and the looooonnnnnng bloody battle is still here. We fail time and time again to see the correlation. We fail to see that nothing has changed…yeah, we no longer wear togas – we wear DKNY; we no longer believe in Zeus – we believe in money. That’s about it. Greed and Power – still running rampant.

It’s fascinating that people come from all over the world to view this eroding ‘marvel’ while this actual system that we currently breath within is crumbling all around us – how marvelous, huh?!

Funneling funds from the Acropolis to pay back debt is like using a shoe to bailout the titanic. Let’s get real here.

What are we leaving for future generations?

An Equal Money System is the Lifeboat, and you are the Life-Preserver. Time we become the Captains of this Lifeboat and steer this ship in the direction of providing ALL  the ability to ‘sail through life’ with ease – else we will ALL be walking the plank together.

“NEW YORK (AP) — The best place in the world to be a mom is Norway, where maternal and child mortality rates are low, women’s life expectancy and years in school are high, and the average maternity leave is about one year, a new study measuring the well-being of mothers and babies shows…

The survey considers Afghanistan the worst place to be a mother, with women having a life expectancy of 45 years — the world’s lowest — and one of every 11 women dying in childbirth. One of every five children in the country doesn’t live to age 5.

The article makes it seem like this was some sort of race or competition:

‘Australia and Iceland join Norway at the top of Save the Children’s 12th annual Mothers Index, released Tuesday. Afghanistan comes in last, and the United States places 31st.’

These are actual breathing lives being discussed, and here these lives simply become numbers charged with the polarity of ‘best’ for moms, and ‘worst’ for moms . Where is the practical support? These numbers do nothing to assist. No solution is presented. No investigation into why/how this system allows some mothers to enjoy a ‘full-life’ with their children, while others barely see their children past 5 years old.

This is ALL due to the current money system we accept, allow, and participate in on a daily basis, which creates outflows of such ignored abuse it is horrific, really.

We cannot choose what country we are born into – this is an obvious fact. If we are unable to stand in the shoes of ANY single being on this entire planet – that is a PROBLEM!

We cannot ‘measure’ the well-being of LIFE through surveys. It is clear that the well-being of Life is not being recognized equally, because if well-being isn’t equally well-for-all-beings – that is a PROBLEM!

A problem which, until rectified, will continue to grow – as preventable deaths increase at a dramatic rate. We are all responsible for this. How long will we stand by and allow ourselves to ‘feel good’ because we were born into a country which this survey shows will ensure we live ‘the good life’? There is no such thing.

As long as there is one single baby dieing that would have lived if they were supported unconditionally, we are all murderers. The blood is equally on ALL of our hands.

One of the last sentences states: ‘But money isn’t always the most important factor in improving the lives of mothers and their babies, said Save the Children, noting that Malawi has made notable progress in recent years.’

Actually – money is ALWAYS the most important factor in improving the lives of mothers and their babies – that is precisely what we’ve accepted and allowed to be the case. Within this current system –> NO MONEY = NO IMPROVING. What constitutes ‘notable progress’? – and how is this ‘notable progress’ achieved without money? – as it is implied in this article. All support stems from money in some way, shape, or form – to state otherwise is absolute deception and justification to not have to deal with the root of the issue – MONEY. Who gives a shit about ‘notable progress’ if innocent lives are still dieing daily?!

This is unacceptable.

In order to get this world in order and clean the blood from our hands as we re-write the message of this mess-age – investigate an Equal Money System – an Equal Money System DEMANDS unconditional support for all beings – EQUALLY. Where ALL children, no matter where they are born, are able to reach their fullest potential as Life. In Times of Crisis – What Produces Real Change?

* What kind of change is Friedman speaking about exactly? The kind of change that ensures all are cared for, especially in times of crisis? The kind of ‘real change’ that will last and does not allow – in times of crisis, or any time for that matter – the whims of the market to decide whether one lives or dies? Hardly. Friedman was interested in ‘kick em while their down’ economics – meaning, when disaster strikes, use this GREAT opportunity to make MONEY! Cha-ching!! So, when he stated, ‘only a crisis – actual or perceived – produces real change,’ he literally meant REAL CHANGE, like the type that jingles in your pocket.

A front-page headline in this Sunday’s Oregonian reads: “Disasters help drive pitches for ‘survivalist’ seeds”

The article expresses how ‘frightening’ the news has been, especially in the last couple of months – full of stories of political unrest, here in the states and overseas, gas prices continuing to climb, along with food prices; tsunamis, nuclear meltdowns, earthquakes – oh my!

Marketers say we must prepare for the worst: ‘Doomsday is nigh!’ Yeah, we should definitely listen to marketers, as they have our best interests in mind when they tout how important it is that we ‘ACT NOW! Get your Apocalypse Garden TODAY!’ or ‘Stock up on survivalist seeds. Get our BEST deal of 94,000 seeds to feed you and your precious family for decades…Before it’s TOO LATE!’ ‘Don’t you love your family? If you do, and you don’t want to see them die in front of your very eyes when destruction comes, then you should get survivalist seeds!’

They sell these seeds in ‘ammo boxes’/'military grade containers that are virtually indestructible’, which is simply impulsing the entire point, playing off the fearful who believe the end is coming, war and chaos will ravish this Earth, seeds will save me…yeah, so what if I have no clue how to grow a garden.

The companies that put together these ammo boxes full of ‘survivalist seeds’ are raking in the dough, especially after the Japan Earthquake, as their sales spiked and haven’t stopped climbing. One of the company owners stated how every time some sort of disaster happened in the news, sales go up. ‘It’s going well, a little too well right now!’ So, keep the disasters coming – wooohooo, I love capitalism!

So, the marketers are feeding off the fears of frightened consumers who are afraid they won’t be able to feed themselves due to getting filled to the brim with corporate media news that impulses the damn Apocalypse! Run for cover! Geez.

This type of nonsense manipulation will certainly not occur in an Equal Money System, where each human being will be provided for equally. Therefore we won’t have to ‘go off the grid’ because we’re paranoid the government is going to collapse and leave us stranded so we must ‘fend for ourselves’. We’ll each take self-responsibility for ALL that’s here, as ourselves. If a disaster hits, we will be prepared to take care of the situation in the most practical, efficient, commonsensical way, where the market will NOT be able to profit off those who are suffering. In fact, the word ‘profit’ will be eradicated from our language, as it will not exist in an Equal Money System, whatsoever. The words ‘Apocalypse Garden’ and ‘Survivalist Seeds’ definitely won’t exist either, lol. So, ‘real change’ will come with an Equal Money System, the kind that jingles in EVERYONE’S pocket – no questions asked!

30,000 People Fasting

Recently I received an e-mail from MoveOn.org in regards to 30,000 people (including 28 ‘progressive’ members of Congress) fasting in protest of ‘immoral budget cuts.’

Along with the message was a ‘short, powerful’ youtube video, which was supported by ‘Grammy-nominated recording artist Moby’:

So, while these individuals deprive their body of nourishment – nourishment they ARE ABLE to provide for themselves -  in order to ‘punish’ the Republicans for their ‘immoral’ budget cuts, there are REAL people starving all over this world. This is just plain ridiculous, as well as completely impractical, as it in no way takes on the actual problem, and in no way offers an actual solution.

According to figures compiled by thinkquest.org:

• Every year 15 million children die of hunger
• For the price of one missile, a school full of hungry children could eat lunch everyday for 5 years
• The World Health Organization estimates that 1/3 of the world is well-fed, 1/3 is under-fed, and 1/3 is starving
• Malnutrition is implicated in more than half of all child deaths worldwide – a proportion unmatched by any infectious disease since the Black Death
• Every 3.6 seconds someone dies of hunger

One can do the math and calculate the number of people who will die of real hunger while these individuals write on plates, and pretend to be Gandhi.

Now, the video may come across as a tear-jerker, but what is being implied here? That it is acceptable to starve ourselves in order to blame the entity called ‘Republicans’ for making decisions which we are ALL responsible for? That it is acceptable to disregard our physical bodies so we can ‘make a statement’?

One of the participants in the video held up a plate which read: What kind of people do we want to be?

Indeed, this is a valid question to ask ourselves, and I implore those who are participating in this fast to take a self-honest look at what you are accepting and allowing yourself to ‘be’ within fasting as protest. What are you stating? I am powerless? I don’t know what else to do? I am moral? I am right? I want to lose weight?

Whenever we make a decision or act within a point of morality, we are separating ourselves from what is here in order to participate in the never-ending polarity swing of right/wrong, good/bad, moral/immoral. While we point our righteous fingers at those which are merely a reflection of ourselves, thousands are dieing due to our ignore:ance.

This is unacceptable.

The ‘issues’ here in this world, are here because of each and every one of us allowing them to be here. It has nothing to do with ‘Republicans’. It has to do with this entire system we participate in on a daily basis. This system, which is ‘who we are’, we each walk into creation with each breath, with each step, with each thought.

It would be cool if these people were aware of a REAL solution to stand up for. A solution which enables them to continue eating AND walk together with people who really do care about Life, who really do care about the state of this world, as themselves – people who see that any perceived ‘solution’ that is offered within the confines of this limited, abusive system, is simply not practical, not realistic, and not going to change ANYTHING.

There is no ‘fast’ fix to the current state of this world, and through fasting, we are actually slowing down the process of real change, which will take time, perseverance, and dedication.

Check out the Equal Money System if you dare. If you dare to stand for something of actual substance. If you dare to face the fuckedness of this world, as yourself. If you dare to stand for something that does not allow abuse in any way whatsoever, especially not abuse of the physical body, which supports unconditionally. The only one we ‘punish’ when participating in fasting as a form of protest, is ourselves. We are protesting against our own Self-Responsibility.

Who would we be, if we realized that everything that is here, is us – EVERYTHING?!
